INTRO
This work is not about chasing peak experiences.
It’s about creating the conditions for real change.
I work with individuals who feel called to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with their body, breath, and inner knowing. Through breathwork and ceremonial practice, we create space for release, insight, and integration—guided with care, presence, and respect.
How I Work
Every session is guided one-on-one or in small group, intentional containers.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to hold a safe and grounded space where your own intelligence can come online.
Each experience includes:
Thoughtful preparation and intention-setting
Nervous-system-aware facilitation
Clear guidance throughout the session
Time and support for integration afterward
Ways to Work Together
BREATHWORK
One-on-one guided breathwork to support regulation, emotional release, clarity, and embodiment.
KAMBO & BUFO
Private, guided Kambo and Bufo ceremonies held with reverence, screening, preparation, and integration.
Retreats & Immersive Experiences
Multi-day retreats designed for deep reset, connection, and perspective—held in nature and intentional spaces.
Why This Work
Modern life keeps us in our heads.
The body remembers what the mind forgets.
Breathwork and ceremonial practice invite you out of overthinking and back into direct experience—where insight is felt, not analyzed.
This work is subtle, powerful, and deeply personal. It meets you where you are.
About Ryan
I’ve spent over two decades working in health, wellness, leadership, and personal development. My path has included coaching, facilitation, breathwork, and ceremonial traditions—integrated through lived experience, ongoing study, and deep respect for the work itself.
I value integrity, safety, and discernment above all else.
This is not a shortcut. It’s a practice.
If you feel called, I invite you to explore it with intention.
